In 2008, Brian Begley started enCloud9 for one purpose: to help companies increase their sales, improve their customer service, and achieve better results from their marketing efforts. Brian had success helping companies make the best of their technology, from networking to ERP solutions and more. After managing a Kansas City- based organization’s Microsoft ERP, CRM, and SharePoint practice for several years, he felt it was time to create a new type of Dynamics CRM partner. A Dynamics CRM partner that focused on Cloud delivered applications, with implementation services delivered through virtual technology. All designed to serve small to mid sized businesses who wanted a dependable system to manage their customer data just like the big guys.

Brian Begley

Brian founded enCloud9 Social/CRM Consultants after a successful career as a CPA and working with Dynamics GP and CRM solutions. He has a wealth of knowledge on best practices and is involved in all aspects of client projects. He lives in Omaha NE and likes to spend his weekends riding his bike in the Nebraska countryside.

Jodie Henry

Jodie joined enCloud9 in 2016 to manage client projects and has become an expert on Dynamics 365 and ClickDimensions. She keeps our consultants and clients projects running smoothly.

Kristin Caniglia

Kristin joined enCloud9 in 2014 and now manages both enCloud9’s Blog and Social Media accounts, as well as working with clients on a day-to-day basis. She is a master of Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn and works to increase our presence on social media and create new customer opportunities.

Deborah Burgesser is a subject matter expert in Dynamics 365 CE, Power Apps, Power Automate, and other integrated applications. Throughout her career in business, operations, and accounting, Deborah’s skills and knowledge have enabled her to successfully assist clients with their business software needs and application of the software to their business processes. Deborah enjoys traveling, hiking, camping, and boating with her family.
