Choosing the Right Dynamics 365 Licensing Option
enCloud guides you through the process of finding and purchasing the licenses that best fit your organization’s needs. When comparing different Dynamics 365 licensing options for your business, there are basically a few things to take into consideration.
- Which plan best meets your needs? What functionalities do you need? Are you looking for a CRM solution, an ERP solution, or one that encompasses them both? Is a plan the best way for you to go or would your needs be better met by purchasing Apps individually?
- How many users will need access? And at what level? There are many options available within each plan or App in terms of this. The different user options are as follows:
- Full Users – These users have access to all the features.
- Team Member User – For those users that don’t need access to all the functions.
- Operation Activity Users (only available in the Unified Operations Plan) – These users can perform transactional tasks related to Finance and Operations.
Dynamics 365’s cloud-based, integrated app platform model means that organizations no longer need to keep business data siloed in separate systems (and devote precious time to reconciling and processing that data). Dynamics 365 apps deliver visibility and analysis in one end-to-end platform.
