The Challenge: Elmwood wanted to migrate their existing on-premises Dynamics 365 system to the Microsoft Cloud to take advantage of advanced cloud functionalities. They turned to enCloud9 for this transition based on a recommendation from a former consultant coworker of Brian Begley.

We integrated Tibco (Scribe) for efficient data transfer and connected their on-premises GP ERP for order submissions, along with Dynamics GP and ClickDimensions.
Results Achieved: Within 3-4 months, Elmwood was able to fully leverage cloud-specific features like Sales Assistance for round-robin lead assignments and sequences. This migration reduced their server room needs, streamlined sales processes, and modernized their CRM capabilities. Elmwood was very satisfied with the results, appreciating the efficiency and enhanced functionality of their new cloud-based CRM system.
