Trick #1: Personalize default dashboards

Trick #2: Customize business processes

The process bar displayed on the form shows where customers are in their lifecycle. From that, you can decide what information you need to gather and what you need to do to move people along the funnel. In Dynamics 365, it’s easy to drag and drop different stages and steps within a process form.
