The most important component of the October 2018 update to Dynamics 365 is the Unified Interface. The Unified Interface is designed to completely replace the classic web interface in short order – probably by the end of December 2019. UI is now the default interface for the Outlook App as well as the mobile App . UI is almost 100% feature complete. And if you are still using Dynamics 365 On premise, Microsoft recently released an update to version 9.0.
enCloud9 hosted a webinar describing the features of the Unified Interface, as well as a discussion of our experiences migrating to UI from classic web interface. If you missed out out on our webinar last week, please feel free to watch it below – During the webinar, we discussed best practices for using the Unified Interface, how to begin migration away from the classic web interface and any roadblocks you might face making this important transformation
